Due to the nature of our products & the importance of keeping the safety of all our #mpfurbabies at the forefront, Moroccan Pooch does not accept any returns on beauty products (such as Shampoos, Conditioners or Treatments). All Beauty products are final sale are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Any accessories purchased are eligible for a refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase. You must contact customercare@moroccanpooch.com within 14 days of receipt and instructions on how to return the product will be sent to you.

• Exchanges offered only for products of equal or lesser value.

Moroccan Pooch does not accept any returns/exchanges from product purchased from one of our distributors or retailers. You may contact the location where you purchased the product and check with their personal return policy.

In the rare case that a product you purchased is damaged or defective, please call customer service by phone 1-844-387-5683 or email customercare@moroccanpooch.com immediately (within 14 days of receipt of product). The customer will need to provide a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase.

Should you wish to return any accessory purchased on moroccanpooch.com, please ensure all items be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. You must contact customercare@moroccanpooch.com before you return for instructions. Any returned merchandise that was “returned to sender” prior to contacting Moroccan Pooch customer care is not eligible for a refund. All parcels that were “never picked up” and therefore “returned to sender” are also not eligible for a refund. Moroccan Pooch does not cover the cost of returns and shipping charges (going to you & coming back to us) are the responsibility of the client. There is also a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned accessories.

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

Gift receipts are complimentary and available with any order please just choose to include this at checkout. Gift wrap is available for an additional $5 per order. Moroccan Pooch will wrap your order with ribbon and include a personalized card.

Special note for all international orders: If you are shipping outside of the US or Canada, and choose the gift receipt option, please know that we still have to include the total value of purchase on the customs declaration. Being a Merchant, we cannot mark packages as a gift on the customs form and shipping labels.

Yes, all Moroccan Pooch Furcare products are paraben free. Our formulations are without parabens in order to go above and beyond the industry standards. Our products have been designed to offer our customers the highest level of performance, safety and indulgence – and we constantly place effort to achieve those high levels.

None of our products contain alcohol.

Yes, all our products are sulfate free. We only use ultra-mild surfactants derived from coconut oil.

Yes, all Moroccan Pooch products are safe for all coat/fur colors. Our products activate the natural pigmentation of the fur coat to enhance radiance and shine in dark and light color fur coats.

Excessive sun exposure can wreak mayhem on the fur coat leading the fur to lose color vivacity (from UVA rays) and dry out or damage the fur coat itself through moisture and protein loss (from UVB rays). All of Moroccan Pooch’s furcare products contain ingredients for example Argan oil which offer UV protection, that is, they help to filter UVA and UVB light from the sun. By adding these UV protectants to Moroccan Pooch products, we can minimize the negative effects the sun’s rays have on your furbaby’s coat and skin.

Our signature fragrance is gentle enough that it does over power and will be sure to maintain a gentle fragrance long after you complete the signature beauty ritual. This invigorating scent will leave your furbaby smelling delectable and perfect to commence any cuddle session.

Moroccan Pooch Furcare are 100% cruelty free and has and will continuously share a strong commitment to animal welfare and does not directly or indirectly perform animal testing on any of our products.

Almost all ingredients in Moroccan Pooch Furcare products are vegetarian/Vegan. The only ingredients that are not vegetarian/vegan are the Sheep wool (Keratin) and Hydrolyzed Silk.

Moroccan Pooch Furcare uses only the finest ingredients in our products, yes they are natural.

Our Hydration Shampoo is the only furcare product that is gluten free. Both the Hydrating Conditioner and Leave-In treatment contain gluten.

None of our furcare products contain silicone.
